Use this page to request deletion of your Kaify Ai account and the personal data linked to it. You do not need the mobile app installed.
How to request deletion
- In the Kaify Ai app, open Settings, tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
- On the website, sign in, open Settings, tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
- If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account with the subject “Account deletion request”: support@kaifyai.org
Data we delete
After a confirmed request we delete your account, profile, chats, meal and workout logs, photos, analytics, gems, streak, consents, and push tokens. Live Kaify subscriptions billed through Paddle are cancelled immediately when that cancel call succeeds.
Data we may retain
Paddle keeps payment and tax records as Merchant of Record. We may keep anonymized billing rows (your user id removed) and records needed for chargebacks, fraud, or legal obligation. Deletion does not automatically create a refund.
How long it takes
In-app and website deletion is immediate after you confirm. Email requests are completed within 30 days after we verify it is your account.
